Now that you have a cause that you understand, what can you do to make immediate change? Write a pledge you can practice yourself. For example, if your goal is to make your neighborhood more beautiful: "I pledge to pick up garbage if I see it on the ground. I pledge to recycle, compost, or throw away my garbage instead of dropping it on the ground. I pledge to plant something that will grow and be beautiful."
