What is it?

You will need: all-purpose flour, bicarbonate of soda, salted softened butter, caster sugar/granulated sugar, chocolate chips, baking chocolate bar/ candy melts, heavy cream, vanilla, candies of your choice (M&Ms/chocolate chips/marshmallows),1 tbsp measuring spoon,1 tsp measuring spoon, 5 inch round tin, parchment paper, scissors, pastry brush, oven, 2 bowls, and 2 spatulas.
