Yoga for Balance

Your Challenge
Mentally and emotionally, working on our balance helps us develop a keener focus as well as the ability to keep an even keel despite the inevitable wobbles that arise in life. Attend this session to realize this through physical balance attained by means of Yoga. For this session, be sure to keep a towel and a bottle of water handy. It is recommended that you wear a pair of comfortable clothes. Please avoid eating anything 60 mins prior to the session. Note: You will need Zoom installed on your device to attend this session.
